Beth DeLair is an attorney, consultant and nurse based in Madison, Wisconsin.  Beth provides a range of health care compliance services to clients, including clinical research compliance, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement advice, compliance program effectiveness and HIPAA compliance.  Beth is a leader in the development of e-health compliance resources and safeguards.  She currently serves as President of the HIPAA Collaborative of Wisconsin (hipaacow.org).   

Beth is the former Director of Compliance at the University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics.  She has worked as a nurse in a variety of provider settings, including hospitals and home health settings and brings her clinical experience to all Aegis projects.  Beth speaks frequently at conferences around the country on e-health issues and clinical research compliance.
