Steve Berthe is a management consultant and software developer based in Denver, Colorado.   Steve provides information technology consulting services to clients.  

Prior to joining Meade & Roach and Aegis Compliance & Ethics Center, Steve was a Partner with Deloitte Consulting for ten years.  His consulting approach is pragmatic, implementation-oriented and hands-on.  Steve brings a wealth of practical experience in a broad range of industries and company sizes. His experience includes:

• managing complex global, as well as departmental, projects

• using technology to enable business process improvement and enterprise transformation

• integrating computer applications

• developing information systems strategies

• leading and growing service organizations

During his 25 year career in information technology, Steve also served as Chief Information Officer with a former client and as an executive in two business start-ups.  His prior experience crosses many industries and includes underground coal mining, weapons system analysis software development for the US Air Force, and development of business applications.

Steve received both a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA with a focus in Information Systems from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
